I ordered a cheerful arrangement of an assortment of colorful flowering plants to be sent to a funeral last week. The Blooming Garden Basket arrangement fit the deceased's personality perfectly! Unfortunately, Ladybug's sent a Peace Lily instead. Why?

Horrible arrangements. Horrible customer service. I didn’t expect an exact match but the flowers received were nothing like the online photo viewed when ordering. The arrangement didn’t come in the blue vase pictured and it was majority greenery, instead of flowers. Susan’s response: “ What would you like for us to do?” and she did absolutely nothing to correct the issue.

First photo is what was ordered (premium) as shown on the website vs the last photo of what was received. I expect there can be some variation, but for $194, I was underwhelmed. The delivery was on time, but had very few roses, no willow at all, and the vase was solid grey instead of clear. To be fair to the business, I have not complained to them directly. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt that they’d try to make it right, but this was a group order for a funeral so I’m not interested in any kind of remedy. Just want to leave the information for others to decide whether it’s worth upgrading or just getting the standard version.

Ladybugs is the only place we will go for floral arrangements in the CSRA. Mickey and Heidi are AWESOME! The flowers are amazing and the arrangements are always stunning! They have filled out special requests and delivered to perfection! (Follow up and the flowers LAST!)

Lucky recipient of a gorgeous assortment. The freshest bouquet I’ve received. Garden tea roses look and smell beautiful! The sweet pea added a touch of color and the zinnias are eye catching! Beautiful job, well done!

We requested a colorful bouquet for our daughter for Mother's day. Ladybugs Flowers accidentally delivered red roses. The roses were beautiful, but not what we requested. I called and explained the situation. They made a second bouquet of gorgeous colorful flowers and delivered them the same day. Our daughter was overjoyed with both bouquets. Customer service was excellent. We will definitely order from them again. Thank you Ladybugs Flowers for making this Mother's day special for our daughter.

My niece and I ordered a spray for my mother’s casket and all we had to go buy was a picture. When we arrived at the funeral I couldn’t believe how beautiful the arrangement was. It was so much more than I had hoped for. I want to thank Shannon for putting in my order and the designers are doing a fantastic job.

They have made beautiful arrangements for me to give over the past few years. And if there is ever anything that I’m not satisfied with, they go above and beyond to correct it. Look at these pics!!! Beautiful floral arrangements! If you have been searching for a reliable and consistent florist to use, I very much recommend Ladybug’s Flowers & Gifts.
